Terry Lowe will be presenting about his great-great-grandfather's brother, Thaddeus S.C. Lowe, who was appointed by President Lincoln as the Chief Aeronaut of the Balloon Corps during the Civil War.
Two large exhibits of Mr. Lowe's artifacts will be on display at the museum all weekend long!
