Come enjoy a free expedition with our soldiers! They will be giving demonstrations and interpretations of various exhibits around the Lewis and Clark Visitor Center. Kids can dress up in look-alike uniforms. Great photo opportunities.

10am – 4pm  Living History Corps re enactors on duty
10:30 am  “John Colter & Neal Armstrong” by Chris Hodges
10am – 4pm  River navigation by Butch Bouvier
10am – 4pm  Hides and Pelts interactive by Shirley Enos
10am – 4pm  Earth Lodge Interpretation by Mary Langhorst
1pm – 2pm  White Pirouge boat entry in the Applejack Parade
3pm – 6pm  White Pirouge boat on display – described by Butch Bouvier

During this special AppleJack weekend, also join the Lewis & Clark Reenactors in Nebraska City as they host a replica of the White Pirogue. Guests will be able to see this Lewis & Clark era boat in the AppleJack parade. Following the parade, the White Pirogue will be at the Center for the rest of the weekend where people will have the opportunity to see it up close and climb on board. In addition, the reenactors will be demonstrating military drill, hide scraping, tomahawk throwing, and more.
